Scott Quagliariello

Scott brings more than 25 years of experience in the aesthetics, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries, including 17 years in senior leadership roles. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing sales organizations, driven consistent double-digit growth, and fostered strong collaboration across education, marketing, and corporate teams. Most recently, Scott served as Vice President of Sales for a leading aesthetics company, where he successfully led a national field organization, optimized territory performance, and delivered significant year-over-year growth. He previously held multiple leadership positions within the medical aesthetics field, where he played a key role in strategic sales development, talent advancement, and operational excellence across the U.S. Scott holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Management from Suffolk University and a B.S. in International Business from Quinnipiac University. His leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, coaching, and accountability—all aligned with iS Clinical’s commitment to innovation, professionalism, and partnership excellence.
