The same seminar will be offered on two separate dates to accommodate different schedules and time zones. Simply select the session that works best for you and register below.

  • Session One — Monday, November 9, 2026, 11:30 AM–2:30 PM EST — Register Now
  • Session Two — Friday, November 13, 2026, 12:30 PM–3:30 PM EST — Register Now

Both sessions will feature the same educational content. Registration is only required for one session.

How to Join From Desktop or the iS Clinical Education Site

The virtual seminar room opens 20 minutes before the scheduled program start. Open your event page early and the page does the rest.

  1. Open your seminar page. The quickest route is the link in your reminder email or the event page you saved when you registered. If you have signed out since registering, the site will send you to the login page and then return you to the seminar page automatically.
  2. Sign in with the email address and password you use for isclinicaledu.com. Forgotten it? Use Reset password — the same link sits on the login page — then come back to the seminar page.
  3. Confirm you are on the right date. The seminar title and date are at the top of the page. November 9 and November 13 are different pages.
  4. A countdown will run until 20 minutes before the scheduled program begins. If you see the countdown, your registration is confirmed and the virtual seminar room will open when the countdown ends. If you see a registration form instead, you are not yet registered for that date and can register directly from the same page.
  5. Leave the page open. When the room opens, the session appears in place of the countdown automatically. You do not need to refresh.
  6. Your attendance is recorded automatically when the page opens during the live session — there is nothing to click and no register to sign. That record is what releases your certificate.

What you need. A current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari and a stable internet connection. For the best experience, use a strong Wi-Fi or wired connection and close other video calls or streaming services before the program begins.

Sound. Playback starts automatically with sound muted. Select Turn Sound On below the player, then check your computer’s volume and selected output device if you still cannot hear the session.

If the video does not appear at the start time. Refresh the page once. If it is still not there, check that your browser or a workplace network is not blocking video — corporate firewalls are the usual culprit. A personal device or a phone hotspot is the fastest workaround.

Alternative route. Visit Events and open the event for the date you registered for.

If you land on the login page. That is expected. Seminar pages are for signed-in members only, and the site remembers where you were heading — sign in and you will be put back on the seminar page rather than the home page.

Bookmark your date. Once you are on the right seminar page, bookmark it. On the day, that bookmark is your join link.

How to Join From Mobile

The mobile route is the same route. Same page, same sign-in, same countdown.

  1. Open the seminar page in Safari on iPhone or iPad, or Chrome on Android. This matters more than it sounds — see the note below.
  2. Sign in if prompted. You will be returned to the seminar page.
  3. Wait for the room countdown to reach zero. The session appears in place automatically, 20 minutes before the scheduled program start.
  4. Select Turn Sound On below the player when playback begins.
  5. Turn your phone to landscape. The player grows with the screen, and that is the largest picture available — the live player carries no fullscreen button, so there is no gesture to go looking for.
  6. Keep the page in the foreground and keep the screen awake. If your phone locks or you switch to another app the stream stops and you will miss what is being taught, so set the screen timeout generously before you start.

Do not join from inside another app’s browser. Tapping the seminar link inside Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or some email apps opens a stripped-down in-app browser that frequently cannot play embedded video and will not carry your sign-in. Use the app’s Open in browser or Open in Safari option, or copy the link and paste it into Safari or Chrome yourself. This is the single most common reason someone cannot see the session on a phone.

Comfort. Headphones or earbuds make a real difference over several hours, and a stand or propped-up phone saves your arm. Put the phone on Do Not Disturb so a call does not interrupt the stream.

How to Pull a Certificate

Your certificate of attendance is issued through the site’s course system once your attendance is recorded. Each seminar date has its own certificate, so attending both dates earns you two.

  1. Attend live. Open the seminar page while the session is running. That is what records your attendance; opening the recording afterwards does not.
  2. Go to My account. This is your learning dashboard.
  3. Find the seminar in the Your Courses list at the top of the page. It is listed under the seminar name and your date.
  4. Look for the small certificate icon on that row. It appears only once the course is marked complete.
  5. Click the icon. Your certificate opens in a new tab as a PDF, ready to save or print.

If the certificate icon is not there. The most likely reason is that the course is not yet marked complete. Give it a few minutes after the session ends and reload My account. If it is still missing the next day, email education@innovativeskincare.com with your name, the seminar date, and your account number if you have one, and the education team will check the attendance record.

If the seminar is not in your course list at all. The course is added to your account when your attendance is recorded, so it will not be there before the session, and it will not be there if you only watched the recording. If you attended live and it is still missing the next day, email the education team at the address above.

Keep a copy. Download the PDF rather than relying on the link, and file it with your continuing education records.

How to Place an Order

The iS Clinical Education site is dedicated to education and training and does not process product orders. All U.S. Partner orders should be placed through the iS Clinical Professional Ordering site at pro.isclinical.com. Following the completion of the live event, attendees will receive an email with a promotional code to use toward a professional order within two business days. Promotional codes are only provided for live event attendance and are not available for viewing the recorded version.

  1. Visit the Professional Ordering Site. Go to pro.isclinical.com and log in using your professional account credentials.
  2. Place your order. Add your desired products and proceed through the standard ordering process.
  3. Apply your seminar discount code. Enter the promotional code during checkout before submitting your order.
