Why do some iS Clinical products containing Vitamin C also contain peptides, copper, or other ingredients usually considered to be incompatible with Vitamin C?

The iS Clinical Advance+ Vitamin C is a second-generation Vitamin C that is more technologically advanced than the first-generation Vitamin C, l-ascorbic acid. Advance+ Vitamin C is compatible with copper, peptides, and various other ingredients that cannot be combined with the older first-generation Vitamin C. The first-generation Vitamin C formulations – which iS Clinical no longer uses – are not compatible with copper, many peptides, and other ingredients.
