Science of Skincare, LLC (“iS®” or “we” or “us”) created this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) in order to disclose how we use information we collect from users via the iS CLINICAL EDUCATION website located at isclinicaledu.com and any sub-domains and any goods and services offered at any affiliated websites (including, without limitation, the manufacturing, distribution, sale or offered sale of iS® skin care or treatment products) (collectively referred to hereafter as, the “Website”). Because we gather important information from our users, visitors, and customers (including agencies) (collectively “users” or “you” or “your”), we have established this Privacy Policy as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. By accessing, using, registering an account or downloading any materials or content on the Website, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect
Personal Information: We may require users who use the Website (whether via submission of queries, registering an account or utilizing any tools offered by the Website (including educational materials and quizzes) to give us personally identifiable information, which may include but is not limited to the user’s name, mailing addresses (home and business), phone number, email address, age/birth date and credit card or other payment account information (collectively “Personal Information”). Contests, Questions or Surveys: When you ask a question, participate in a survey or enter a contest or sweepstakes at the Website, we may collect your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and and other personal information. We use this information to administer your participation in a contest or sweepstakes. At the time you are entering a contest or sweepstakes, we may ask your permission to send you future marketing information from iS®.
Non-Personal Information: We collect and use non-personally identifiable information, which is any information other than Personal Information and/or does not identify the specific individual, including, without limitation: IP address, the approximate geographic location of the user based on their IP address the type of browser and operating system used by the user, any interactions a user may initiate within the Website, the websites and web pages that users visit or visited, user interactions with features of the Website, content preferences user selected within the Website and other inferences about the user’s interests made based upon the foregoing. We may use the information that you provide to fulfill your request for a product, information, or other service, or respond to an email or other request, as well as to create and deliver to you our newsletters or surveys, communications containing product information, usage tips or promotions, help improve our website(s) or services, or customize visitors’ experience at our website(s). However, we want to communicate with you via email correspondence only if you want to hear from us. Should you provide us with a mobile number, you may receive text messages. If you elect to receive such text messages, your wireless carrier may impose charges for incoming and outgoing text messages. If you opt out of promotional communications, you will still receive transactional messages from us.
We may contract with companies or individuals to provide certain services including email and hosting services, credit card processing, shipping, distribution, data management, surveys and marketing, promotional services, etc. We call them our Service Providers.
